You'll handle everything from walking clients through custom artwork approvals to entering orders into our system and tracking production timelines to guarantee on-time delivery. Key Responsibilities Order Management: Process incoming orders for stock and custom-printed paper cups, ensuring precision in order specs, artwork choices, and quantity details. Factory & Prepress Liaison: Work directly with our prepress and production teams to guide artwork proofs through customer approval and track orders through manufacturing. Customer Support: Answer incoming inquiries via phone, chat, and email regarding pricing, product lines, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and delivery schedules. Sales Assistance: Support the sales team by generating quotes, mailing out sample kits, and setting up new customer accounts. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 2+ years of B2B customer service experience—experience in printing, packaging, or manufacturing environments is a major plus. Education: High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Technical Aptitude: Tech-savvy with experience in order entry software, CRM/ERP platforms, and MS Office (Excel, Outlook). Skills: Excellent written/verbal communication, high attention to detail, and strong multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
