Full job description

Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented, energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will serve as the primary bridge between our clients, sales team, and factory floor. You'll handle everything from walking clients through custom artwork approvals to entering orders into our system and tracking production timelines to guarantee on-time delivery. Key Responsibilities Order Management: Process incoming orders for stock and custom-printed paper cups, ensuring precision in order specs, artwork choices, and quantity details. Factory & Prepress Liaison: Work directly with our prepress and production teams to guide artwork proofs through customer approval and track orders through manufacturing. Customer Support: Answer incoming inquiries via phone, chat, and email regarding pricing, product lines, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and delivery schedules. Sales Assistance: Support the sales team by generating quotes, mailing out sample kits, and setting up new customer accounts. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 2+ years of B2B customer service experience—experience in printing, packaging, or manufacturing environments is a major plus. Education: High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Technical Aptitude: Tech-savvy with experience in order entry software, CRM/ERP platforms, and MS Office (Excel, Outlook). Skills: Excellent written/verbal communication, high attention to detail, and strong multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
