$1,000 Business Giveaway — Official Rules

The $1,000 Business Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by EZZlisting.com (“Sponsor,” “EZZ,” “we”). Questions can be sent through our contact page.

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time on September 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on November 15, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper.

The Giveaway is open only to entrants who meet all of the following:

• The person entering is a legal resident of the United States and at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their state, if older).
• For a listing entry, the entry is made on behalf of a legitimate business operating in the United States, and the person entering is an owner, officer, or authorized representative of that business. Job and review entries do not require owning a business.
• The listing, job posting, or review complies with the EZZlisting.com Terms of Service.

Employees, contractors, and officers of Sponsor, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

During the Entry Period, create a free account at ezzlisting.com and do any one or more of the following. Each is free and requires no credit card, subscription, or purchase.

• List a business: publish a free business listing. Each published business listing created during the Entry Period earns one (1) entry, with a limit of one (1) entry per business.
• Post a job: publish a job opening on EZZlisting.com for a real position you are hiring for. Limit one (1) job entry per person, however many jobs you post.
• Write a review: publish a genuine review of a local business or service you have actually used. Limit one (1) review entry per person. Any rating earns the entry equally, and a review is never required to be positive. You may not review your own business or one owned by a family member or your employer.

Multiple, duplicate, fake, paid-for, or automated listings, jobs, or reviews will be disqualified. Entries for a listing, job, or review that is removed, suspended, or unpublished before the drawing are not eligible. Upgrading to a paid plan (such as EZZ VIP) or buying any paid add-on does not earn additional entries.

One (1) winner will receive $1,000.00 USD, paid by check or electronic transfer to the winner or, for a winning listing entry, to the winning business or its authorized representative. Approximate retail value: $1,000. The prize is not transferable, and no substitution is allowed except by Sponsor, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes; Sponsor may require a completed IRS Form W-9 before awarding the prize and will issue tax forms as required by law.

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about November 30, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The winner will be notified by email at the address on their EZZlisting.com account within seven (7) days of the drawing. The winner must respond within fourteen (14) days of notification and may be required to verify eligibility and identity (and, for a listing entry, business ownership) and to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. If the winner does not respond in time, cannot be verified, or is found ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn.

Except where prohibited, by accepting the prize the winner agrees that Sponsor may use the winner’s first name, city, and state and, for a listing entry, the winning business’s name, for promotional purposes without further compensation.

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules or the Terms of Service, or acts in a fraudulent or disruptive manner. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned due to fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend it and select a winner from eligible entries received before the problem occurred.

By entering, entrants release Sponsor and its officers, employees, and agents from any liability for injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for technical malfunctions.

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from the Giveaway will be resolved individually, without resort to any class action.

To request the winner’s name (and the winning business’s name, if any) after December 31, 2026, contact us through our contact page before March 31, 2027.
